TTT Meats provides custom processing of your beef and pork from live animal to processed product ready to go in your freezer.  We're excited to finally be able to offer these services to our community. It is important to us to make sure we take good care of our customers and ensure they get a quality product which is why it’s so important for you to be able to make requests on how you want the meat cut by your butcher.

Both Alex and Grace Tackman are small town people with a love of family, good food, and friends.

Alex was the youngest of two children that grew up in the Gila Wilderness of New Mexico on the Tackman family’s ranch, Deep Creek Ranch. The brand for the ranch’s cattle was where we got the triple Ts.

Our butcher, Joe Betancourt, has been cutting meat into portions as a meat department manager at Lowe's or at Edes Meats for over 20 years. Joe lets you decide how you want your meat cut with a simple form and his work speaks for itself.

Flank Steak   Tri-tip Roast   Chuck Roast    Rump Roast
Sirloin Tip Roast     Short Ribs    Stew Meat     Burger
$1.30 per pound for the first 1,000 pounds. $1.60 per pound for any pound after 1,000. (all inclusive)
